Daulton Wilson takes on DIRTcar Nationals with Big Frog Motorsports at Volusia Speedway Park
Daulton Wilson unloaded the Big Frog Motorsports No. 58V machine on Monday afternoon among 56 entries to kick off six straight days of racing at Volusia Speedway Park (De Leon Springs, Fla.) for the DIRTcar Nationals.
Wilson finished 20th and 11th in the event-opening $7,000 features before landing a runner-up finish in a split-field feature on Wednesday evening. He finished behind Michael Leach while Ryan Gustin completed the podium.
With the World of Outlaws Late Model Series sanctioning the remainder of the event, Daulton recorded a pair of solid finishes with a 13th-place outing on Thursday and 12th-place finish on Friday. On Saturday, Wilson was unable to make the $20,000-to-win finale.
